J'ai créé le domaine du Perron en 1993, en reprenant quelques parcelles qu'avait plantées mon père à la fin des années 70. Initialement, essentiellement en rouge (gamay, pinot noir et mondeuse) nous avons élargi à d'autres cépages en ajoutant les blancs aux cours des années 2000 (Roussette, Chardonnay et Roussane).
Les vignes sont adossées à l'extrémité sud du massif du Jura sur des terroirs d'éboulis calcaires, en exposition ouest.
La culture est en agrobiologie depuis 98 et nous vinifions sans intrant en privélégiant des élévages d'au moins 18 mois, en ½ muids ou en jarres de grès.
Les rendements sont de l'ordre de 20 / 25 hl à l'hectare selon les millésimes.

Label & Natural Wines

Some labels can help us identify a natural wine. The AB label, for example, certifies organic farming. The Demeter label, for its part, guarantees biodynamics. There is also the 'Vin Méthode Nature' label, as well as 'Nature et Progrès', 'Les Vins SAINS', and many others.

Some estates choose to adhere to a single label, or even not to be labeled at all, even though their cultivation and winemaking method would allow it. In other words, there is no strict rule. It all depends on the winemaker's vision, his desires, and his convictions.

For us, it is important to meet all the people we work with in order to understand their working method and select the products that match our ideology.

Natural wine

At Terra Vinea, we are deeply passionate about natural wine. We love the emotions it arouses, the surprises a bottle can give us, the memories wine gives us. We also find it important to consume a product grown and vinified with respect for the fauna and flora, preserving all the life around and in it.
