Soil of sandstone and clay-limestone schists. A third of the Cinsault is destemmed, 5 days after its start in fermentation, we add on top the whole bunches of Aramon. Aged for 6 months in fiber vats. The wines are neither fined nor filtered, and without added sulfites.
Capacity 75 cl, 13% alcohol.

A word from the winegrowers:
"We are Corine, Carole and Olivier, three brothers and sisters, who look after the 30 ha of vines of the estate located mainly in the Faugères appellation, in Cabrerolles. The soil is composed of schist and the altitude of the plots varies between 100 and 300 m. We have always worked to respect what nature has most harmonious to offer. Natural processes open us up to ever more discoveries, it is our pleasure to listen, to watch, to commune with nature, by giving it the energy and the strength to express itself and to transmit its message. Thus our vines grow here like any local plant, our grapes have acquired a balance, and offer a juice full of aromas, of scrubland but above all free, vibrant, moving and wild. Once we have discovered these wines, a whole universe is offered to us. With new sensations at each tasting."

Label & Natural Wines

Some labels can help us identify a natural wine. The AB label, for example, certifies organic farming. The Demeter label, for its part, guarantees biodynamics. There is also the 'Vin Méthode Nature' label, as well as 'Nature et Progrès', 'Les Vins SAINS', and many others.

Some estates choose to adhere to a single label, or even not to be labeled at all, even though their cultivation and winemaking method would allow it. In other words, there is no strict rule. It all depends on the winemaker's vision, his desires, and his convictions.

For us, it is important to meet all the people we work with in order to understand their working method and select the products that match our ideology.

Natural wine

At Terra Vinea, we are deeply passionate about natural wine. We love the emotions it arouses, the surprises a bottle can give us, the memories wine gives us. We also find it important to consume a product grown and vinified with respect for the fauna and flora, preserving all the life around and in it. These convictions are part of us, and we are proud to represent these women and men who put their heart and soul into offering us these living wines.
