Old vines from the Kalkstahl hillside, granite soil rich in manganese. Aged for 20 months in tuns. Blend of the 2021, 2022 and 2023 vintages.
Capacity 75 cl, alcohol content 12.5%.

A word from the winemaker:
"I joined my parents on the Ruhlmann Dirringer estate in Dambach-la-Ville in 2017 and I have been selling my wines under my name, Léo Dirringer, ever since. 13 ha of vines, on granite soils, very sandy on the hillsides and silty on the plains. The work in the vineyard is very clean with the use of herbal teas and decoctions. The vinification is done without any inputs, with long pressings and aging mainly in Alsatian tuns. Bottling is done without any inputs or filtration."

Label & Natural Wines

Some labels can help us identify a natural wine. The AB label, for example, certifies organic farming. The Demeter label, for its part, guarantees biodynamics. There is also the 'Vin Méthode Nature' label, as well as 'Nature et Progrès', 'Les Vins SAINS', and many others.

Some estates choose to adhere to a single label, or even not to be labeled at all, even though their cultivation and winemaking method would allow it. In other words, there is no strict rule. It all depends on the winemaker's vision, his desires, and his convictions.

For us, it is important to meet all the people we work with in order to understand their working method and select the products that match our ideology.

Natural wine

At Terra Vinea, we are deeply passionate about natural wine. We love the emotions it arouses, the surprises a bottle can give us, the memories wine gives us. We also find it important to consume a product grown and vinified with respect for the fauna and flora, preserving all the life around and in it.
