Champagne Stroebel – Seconde Nature 2022
A lively and profoundly free champagne

With Seconde Nature 2022, Timothée Stroebel continues his artisanal and unadulterated approach to champagne. Originating from the Villers-Allerand terroirs, on the Montagne de Reims, this wine expresses a precise vision: to let the grape and the soil speak with as little intervention as possible.

The 2022 vintage brings beautiful fruit maturity while retaining the characteristic tension of the estate's wines. The overall impression remains direct, energetic, and intensely mineral.

At Stroebel, vineyard work is central:

attentive and respectful cultivation,
natural winemaking,
indigenous fermentations,
patient aging,
little to no artifice.

This unique identity is found in Seconde Nature:
a champagne of texture and energy, more focused on the wine itself than on technological effects.

The nose evokes:

ripe citrus,
white fruits,
zest,
with a chalky and slightly saline dimension.

The palate is precise and vibrant:

fine texture,
discreet bubbles,
a taut and long finish.

A champagne that benefits from being served in a wine glass rather than a flute.

Label & Natural Wines

Some labels can help us identify a natural wine. The AB label, for example, certifies organic farming. The Demeter label, for its part, guarantees biodynamics. There is also the 'Vin Méthode Nature' label, as well as 'Nature et Progrès', 'Les Vins SAINS', and many others.

Some estates choose to adhere to a single label, or even not to be labeled at all, even though their cultivation and winemaking method would allow it. In other words, there is no strict rule. It all depends on the winemaker's vision, his desires, and his convictions.

For us, it is important to meet all the people we work with in order to understand their working method and select the products that match our ideology.

Natural wine

At Terra Vinea, we are deeply passionate about natural wine. We love the emotions it arouses, the surprises a bottle can give us, the memories wine gives us. We also find it important to consume a product grown and vinified with respect for the fauna and flora, preserving all the life around and in it. These convictions are part of us, and we are proud to represent these women and men who put their heart and soul into offering us these living wines.
